Sagrada Familia
Worth itGo. Of everything in Barcelona this is the one to see, and the colored light through the glass is what you will remember. Just book ahead, and skip the tower add-on if heights or a steep stair descent bother you.

Worth it with caveatsWorth going up once, but the second floor already gives you the view most people picture, and it costs less. The summit is the part you book first or miss, since it sells out earliest.

Tourist trapSee it, but keep expectations low. The booth is a replica in a tacky, crowded intersection and it's a five-minute photo, not a moving experience. What rescues the stop is the free Cold War context panels and the fact that the far better Topography of Terror is a short walk away. Combine them and the trip is worth it. On its own, Checkpoint Charlie is the most overhyped Wall site in Berlin.

Cheaper to do yourselfPretty to look at and historically interesting, but the showstopper facade is fully visible from Monastiraki Square for free. Pay to go in only if you are a completist, you want to walk the foundations, or you are curious about the layered church ruins. For most people a good look from the square plus a quick read of the history is enough.
