The stops we'd build a Antalya trip around

One honest pick per place, and why. Open any for the full verdict. The planner arranges these into your days for you.

  • Kaleiçi Worth it

Kaleiçi is worth seeing, but treat it as a compact old quarter, not a full-day archaeological site.

  • Düden Şelalesi Worth it

Düden Waterfalls is worth the time if you want an easy Antalya nature stop without leaving the city.

  • Kurşunlu Waterfall Nature Park Worth it

Kurşunlu Waterfall Nature Park is worth it as a shaded, low-effort nature stop near Antalya, especially in spring.

  • Perge Archaeological Site Worth it

Perge is worth it if you want a ruin that still feels like a city.

  • Aspendos Archaeological Site Worth it

Aspendos is worth the trip for the theatre alone, and it gets better if you give the wider site enough time.

  • Termessos Archaeological Site Worth it

Termessos is absolutely worth it for travelers who like ancient sites with dirt under their shoes.

  • Myra Archaeological Site Worth it

Myra is worth it if you are already in Demre or building a Kekova day.

  • The Land of Legends Worth it with caveats

Go if the plan is a full paid family day of rides, slides, and a polished evening show.

Good to know before you plan

Where we would spend carefully, or not at all.

  • Konyaalti Beach Worth it with caveats Konyaalti is worth it for a free, easy Antalya beach day with the mountains right there. The caveats are not small print: pebbles underfoot, heavy summer crowds, and beach-club value that is all over the map.
  • The Land of Legends Worth it with caveats Go if the plan is a full paid family day of rides, slides, and a polished evening show. Skip it as an Antalya city sight. It is out in Belek, it can get pricey, and the free exterior, fun as it is, does not justify a special long trip by itself.
  • Antalya Aquarium Worth it with caveats Come for the tunnel, the air-conditioning, and an easy family half-day near Konyaaltı. Just be picky with combo tickets, because the extras earn their place with kids but are skippable for plenty of adults.
  • Lara Beach Worth it with caveats Lara Beach is worth it if you specifically want a sandy, serviced resort beach near Antalya. Do not treat it as a city sight, and do not let it talk you into a vague beach club or transfer package, because that is where the value drains away.

Antalya planner FAQ
